Why more toilet in shopping complex in Penang do not complete with facilities??? Who's responsibility???
Look at Sunshine Jelutong.....
In toilet, do not have anything like 'wayar', dipper and more in toilet.. Its also very very dirty....
I'm sure i have mark to toilet at shopping complex, i believe this toilet get 0.01% for star.... I don't know why it dirty..
Look... after this.. i will not go in this toilet...never....
Just have dustbin and pail in outside toilet... It very very dirty......
For me, i never to use it... erk.... i can't imagine how their especially the workers there use it....
I'm sure have worker like cleaner to clean it...
BUT WHY its happens??? who are wrong????

yup...sunshine jelutong ni terletak kat Pulau Pinang... sekitar bandar pulau pinang.. Sunshine ni boleh dikatakan pasaraya yang selalu mengadakan jualan murah...
